Welcome to AGGRANDIZE, a Branding and PR agency committed to providing exceptional services to our clients. By using our website, services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  1. Our services are provided to you for the purpose of enhancing and promoting your brand or business.
  2. All content and materials provided by Aggrandize are the intellectual property of our agency and cannot be used or reproduced without our permission.
  3. Aggrandize reserves the right to reject any project that we deem inappropriate or contrary to our values.
  4. The client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and truthfulness of all information and materials provided to Aggrandize.
  5. Aggrandize is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the content or materials provided by the client.
  6. The client agrees to indemnify and hold Aggrandize harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the client’s use of our services.
  7. All fees and payment terms will be agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of any project.
  8. Aggrandize reserves the right to terminate any project at any time for any reason.
  9. Aggrandize will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred as a result of our services or any actions taken by the client based on our advice or recommendations.
  10. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that you have read and understood our privacy policy.

PR & BACKLINKS:


AGGRANDIZE provides PR & backlink services through third-party authority websites, which are owned and operated by third-party companies. We have no control over the use of your links or the articles containing them by third-party sites, and therefore we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising out of their actions.

We reserve the right to reject any order with or without a good reason, although we will try to explain the reason for rejection without any delay. Once an order has been placed and an email, SMS, or Whatsapp message has been sent to the customer saying that the order has been accepted, the customer automatically agrees to our Terms and Conditions.

Our quotations are valid for a maximum period of 7 days from the day of its creation unless there is any mutual agreement on any amendments. We may write the articles ourselves, but we can accept customer-submitted articles, which may be rejected if they contain excessive promotion or do not comply with the third-party site’s policies.

No variation of the Contract, description of the Services, or price will be entertained unless the variation is mutually agreed upon by the customer and supplier. The customer will not disclose the existence of this contract to any third party.

The customer accepts that AGGRANDIZE is a service for writing articles, publishing articles, and securing backlinks only, and there is no guarantee that articles will be indexed in Google, nor is it a part of the AGGRANDIZE service. The customer also accepts that there is a small, although possible chance that articles will not be indexed or de-indexed by Google after publishing. If articles are not indexed or de-indexed by Google, the customer will not use this as a reason to withdraw from this Contract or request a refund. However, we will mention if the site is likely to index the article or not at the time of order placement.

The customer accepts that they will not always get their preferred anchor text and URL. Many websites cannot accept certain anchor texts and URLs, and AGGRANDIZE cannot guarantee any anchor texts or URLs. If articles are published with a different anchor text than preferred by the customer, the customer will not use this as a reason to withdraw from this Contract or request a refund. However, customers will be notified if the given anchor text is likely to be accepted or not.

The customer accepts that each order could take anywhere from a minimum of 5-7 days to as long as 90 days to fulfill. The customer also accepts that any turnaround times stated via email, Whatsapp, price lists, or otherwise are only an estimated TAT, and if even after 90 days, the article doesn’t go live, the full amount will be refunded. However, estimated TAT will be mentioned for each third-party site during order placement.

The customer accepts that all articles written are created to meet the publisher’s or blog’s requirements only, not the customer’s requirements or requests. Therefore, the client will not use article relevancy, niche, topic, or quality as a reason to withdraw from this Contract or request a refund. However, in most cases, a draft will be provided before publication and entitled to amendments as long as they do not conflict with the third-party site’s policies.

Once the order has been placed, and customer details have been confirmed, no additional requirement will be entertained unless there is any mutual agreement between the customer and supplier. Once the article has been approved and sent for publication, no amendments/variations will be entertained.

REFUND POLICY:

If an article or backlink is removed for any reason, the following refund policy will be applied:

  1. If the article/backlink is removed within 180 days of purchase, the customer will be entitled to a full refund or replacement on a similar alternative.
  2. If articles/backlinks are removed beyond 180 days of purchasing, we are not obliged to any refund or replacements, however, we will likely offer an in-kind replacement to a website of similar domain authority (+/- 10 DA) to maintain good business relations.
  3. For refunds on payments that have been made via PayPal, Paypal’s service fees (4.4%) will not be refunded.

ARTICLE RE-WRITING POLICY:

If an article needs to be re-written due to any reason, the Customer agrees to pay a re-writing fee of $50 per article.

PRICE AND PAYMENT:

  1. 50% upfront payment is required before proceeding with the order, while the remaining 50% has to be paid within 24-48 hours of live URLs. Failure to do so gives us the right to delete the article and reserve the upfront payment.
  2. If payment is made via PayPal, the Customer will incur a 4.4% processing fee on top of the order amount.

WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION:

  1. You can cancel or withdraw from the Order by telling us no later than 24 hours after the order was made, if you simply wish to change your mind and without giving us a reason, and without incurring any liability.
  2. If for any reason the order leads to cancellation after the draft is prepared, a $50 writing fee will be charged while the remaining amount will be refunded.
  3. The Company reserves the right to cancel an order or terminate the service at any time without notice, and without liability.

DISCLAIMER:

  1. The Company does not guarantee any specific results from the use of its services or products.
  2. The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage that may arise from the use of its services or products.
  3. The Company is not responsible for any errors or omissions in any content provided.
  4. The Company is not responsible for any third-party websites or content linked to from this website.
  5. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without notice.

GOVERNING LAW:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America.
